Dr. Ping Villegas is an ordained minister of the Gospel and has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ebenezer Bible College and Seminary teaching thereat and at the Alliance Biblical Seminary.

He finished the Basic Course of Wycliffe’s Summer Institute of Linguistics at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, North Dakota, and his Master of Arts in Communication Specializing in Linguistics at Wheaton Graduate School, Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois. He earned his Master of Arts in Missions andDoctorate in Missiology at the School of World Mission, Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, California.

He has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines and was the Most Illustrious Fellow (1963-64) of the Upsilon Sigma Phi Fraternity. He was Associate Attorney in the prestigious Paredes, Poblador Cruz and Nazareno Law offices in Manila.

He is happily married to Dr. Lina Fiel Tomale Villegas and blessed with two daughters,
Lovelin and Cefelin, and two sons, Ping J and JP.
